These terms cover your use of this website and the coaching, workshops and courses offered through it by Manasi KG (Manasi K G), Bangalore, India. By using the site or booking a service you agree to them. If a written proposal or enrolment confirmation says something different for your booking, that document applies to it.

The content is for your own information. Please do not copy, resell or republish it without permission, and do not misuse the site or try to interfere with it. Links to other websites are for convenience; Manasi KG is not responsible for what they contain.
What this is, and is not
Coaching, workshops and courses here are about communication, reputation and leadership. They are not medical, legal, financial or therapeutic advice, and healthcare coaching does not cover clinical practice. Outcomes depend on your effort and situation, and no particular result is promised. Case studies and recommendations describe what other people did or said, not what you will get.
Booking and payment
Services are booked by agreement. Dates, fees, what is included, and any applicable taxes are confirmed in writing before you pay, and a booking is confirmed once that is done. The prices on this website are the current published rates and may change for future bookings. Payment methods and any installment arrangement are stated in the proposal or enrolment confirmation.
Rescheduling
Coaching sessions and workshops can be moved with reasonable notice, by agreement. Please tell us as early as you can.
Refunds
There is no money-back guarantee on courses, coaching, or workshops. Refunds are handled case by case and as agreed in writing for that booking.
Course materials and content
Course frameworks, worksheets, recordings and other materials, and the text, images and design of this website, belong to Manasi KG or are used with permission. They are for your own learning. Please do not redistribute, resell or publish them. Recommendations quoted on this site are from the named people’s public LinkedIn profiles and remain theirs.
Confidentiality
What is discussed in coaching stays between us. Nothing about your situation is shared or published without your written permission, except where the law requires it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Manasi KG is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make using what you learn. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. The website is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.
Privacy
How your personal information is handled is explained in the privacy policy.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The version on this page, with the date above, applies from the day it is posted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction over any dispute.
