This policy explains what personal information Manasi KG collects through this website, what it is used for, who else sees it, and the choices you have. It is written to follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Who is responsible
Manasi KG (Manasi K G), Bangalore, Karnataka, India, is the data fiduciary for information collected through this website. Privacy questions and requests go to iammanasikg@gmail.com. Narrate India is a separate business with its own website and policy.
What is collected, and why
- The enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, who you are (doctor, founder, hospital, college, student or other), your message, the page you sent it from, and the date and time. It is used to reply to you and to arrange coaching, a workshop or a course, and for nothing else.
- WhatsApp and email: if you message on WhatsApp or write by email, Manasi sees what you send and your number or address. It is used to reply.
- Anti-spam: when you send the form, your IP address is checked briefly to limit repeated submissions. It is kept for up to an hour to do that and is not stored with your enquiry.
- Website analytics: this site may use Google Analytics to count visits (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser). Where it is switched on it uses cookies, and it is described in the cookies section below.
The legal basis for the form is your consent: you tick a box before sending it. Your details are not sold, rented, or added to a marketing list, and no one contacts you about anything other than your enquiry.
Who else sees it
Only the services that carry your information, and only to do that job:
- the company that hosts this website and the email service that delivers your enquiry to Manasi;
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy;
- Google, which serves this site’s fonts (your IP address is visible to Google when a page loads) and analytics where it is switched on;
- Cloudflare, if its Turnstile spam check is enabled on the form.
Some of these providers process data outside India. Information is also shared where a law or a court requires it.
How long it is kept
An enquiry is kept for as long as it takes to answer it and to follow up if we work together, and then deleted. You can ask for it to be deleted sooner.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If analytics is switched on, Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart, and you can refuse them or clear them in your browser settings. Content shared from other sites, such as an embedded video, may set its own cookies.
Your rights
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or completed, ask for it to be erased, withdraw your consent at any time, and make a complaint. Email iammanasikg@gmail.com with the name and email address you used, and you will get a reply as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is operating.
Children
This website is for adults. It is not aimed at anyone under 18, and the enquiry form should not be used by them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and enquiries are stored behind a login. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send anything highly sensitive, such as medical records or bank details, through the form or by email.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date at the top.
