Who this is for

You will get the most from this if you are

  • Moving toward leadership

You want to be recognised by corporate hospitals and leadership, not only seen by more patients.

  • Building a patient-facing reputation

Patients look you up before they book. You want what they find to be accurate and reassuring.

  • Leading a department or unit

You are managing communication across teams, and the friction is starting to cost time and goodwill.

What we work on

Four areas, shaped to your situation

  • Personal brand and patient communication

What you are known for, said clearly. How you talk to patients so they leave understanding and trusting you.

  • Communicating across departments

Getting heard by colleagues, nursing, and administration without it turning into a standoff.

  • Cross-functional leadership

Leading people who do not report to you, through the way you communicate.

  • Positioning as a thought leader

Moving from being a doctor to being a voice your field recognises.

A fair question

Is this appropriate for a doctor?

Yes. This is not marketing. It is making sure patients, colleagues, and hospitals find you and understand you correctly, within the norms of the profession. If anything, staying invisible is the bigger risk.

Being findable and correctly understood is part of good care, not a departure from it.

How the two days run

Discovery, then positioning, then practice

Day one

  1. Morning

    Discovery

We map your strengths, your environment, and where communication is costing you.

  2. Afternoon

    Your positioning

What you want to be known for, and the gap between that and how you come across now.

Day two

  1. Morning

    Practice

Patient conversations, difficult conversations, and cross-department communication, worked through with feedback.

  2. Afternoon

    Your plan

You leave with a written SWOT and a communication plan you can start using.

A real outcome

From clinical expert to corporate leader

A senior medical oncologist, more than twenty years in practice, wanted to be considered for leadership roles in corporate hospitals, not only to attract more patients.

We repositioned how he showed up online and in the room: not only the clinical record, but the process thinking, the communication, and the readiness for a structured healthcare organisation.

His LinkedIn, his website, and the way he presents himself now read as someone ready for that move.

Client testimonial goes here. Two or three sentences on the shift.

Doctor, name and specialty to be added with permission
