For founders and CXOs
Executive Coaching for Founders and CXOs
Customised, confidential, one to one. Built around the specific thing you are trying to change, not a fixed curriculum.
In Bangalore or online · Usually three to five sessions over about 45 days

Why this exists
Why founders and CXOs get a coach
Being a founder or a CXO is a particular kind of alone. You are expected to have the answer, project confidence, close the deal, and hold the room. The questions that keep you up are the ones you cannot easily ask out loud.
This is not coaching in the usual sense. Think of it as an intelligent, honest conversation with someone outside your business, someone who has no stake in the outcome except getting you to the right one. We sit with the real question, not the polished version of it, until you arrive at your own answer.
How this is different
Most coaching works on what you do. This works on how you are read.
Most other coaching hands you a framework built for a room full of people and asks you to fit yourself into it. There is no framework here, no cohort, no shared curriculum. Strategy, operations, and scaling matter, but they sit on top of something more basic: who people think you are, and that gets built one to one, in confidence, around your situation alone.
You are not one of a batch working through the same slides. You are not competing with anyone else for my attention. The work is built only around you.
What sessions cover
There is no fixed syllabus. Yours is built from what you bring.
Most engagements move through some mix of these.
-
Personal brand and positioning
Who you are as a leader, how investors and teams see you now, and the gap between the two. How to be visible without performing.
-
Communication and presence
Explaining the vision to different rooms. What to say and what to keep back. Delivering hard decisions. Presence in high-stakes conversations.
-
Thought leadership and internal leadership
Building industry visibility as a founder. Leading without micromanaging. Handling conflict through communication. Positioning for what comes next.
How it works
Each session follows the same shape
Deep dive
We get specific about the challenge you came with.
Analysis
Why it is happening: the patterns, the perception, the mindset underneath.
Strategy
How to approach it differently.
Action plan
What you will do before the next session.
Follow-up notes
Written notes of what we discussed and what you decided, after every session.
Sessions run two to two and a half hours, one to one, online or in person in Bangalore. Most people find three to five sessions over about 45 days is enough to shift how they’re read, and go on to continue for ongoing personal-branding and positioning work. Between sessions you can reach me on WhatsApp for quick clarifications.
Who it is for
This fits if you are
A startup founder navigating investors, teams, and positioning
A CXO stepping into the C-suite and building authority
A founder preparing to raise
A leader whose capability is not being recognised
Not for
People looking for quick tips or a framework course. This is slower, more personal work, and it asks something of you between sessions.
Case study
From worrying about a layoff to running his own practice
Not just a positioning fix. A case study in positioning and career strategy together, working out where he stood, where he was headed, and what had to change to get there.
A senior technology leader, twenty-five years in the industry, IIT and IIM, came in worried about one thing: what happens if I am laid off. His seniority made him expensive to keep, and the uncertainty was costing him sleep.
We looked past the job title at the whole picture: his expertise, his ability to set direction, to build and lead teams, to read organisations. The real move was not a better CV. It was a career strategy: building an independent consulting practice around what he already knew, and repositioning himself around it.
He now runs that practice, works with several organisations, and brings in specialists as each project needs them. His income no longer depends on one employer.
Coaching was not about new skills. It was about understanding who I am as a leader and saying it with confidence.

Questions people ask
Before you message
A mentor gives you answers from their own experience. A coach helps you find your own, through questions and honest reflection. Both are useful. This is the second kind.
One session helps with a specific problem. Real change usually takes three to five, as you try things, notice what shifts, and adjust.
No. Early stage founders often get the most from it, because building these habits early prevents harder problems later.
Clarity and a new angle after the first session. Changes in how people respond over two or three. A steadier presence over five or more.
No. I will ask the hard questions, point out patterns, and guide your thinking. You reach your own answers, which is why they hold.
Yes. Some clients do five sessions and pause. Others come back as new challenges appear. It is flexible.
