For colleges and students
College Communication Workshops
Students graduate with the degree and the technical skill. The gap is communication and presence. The workshop runs over 1, 2, or up to 3 days, close to placement season, so it lands right before students need it most.
1 to 3 days · Close to placement season · Up to 100 students

The college-to-career gap
It is not a skill shortage. It is a communication and positioning gap.
Students arrive with good grades and real technical knowledge, then struggle to get hired. It is easy to read that as a skills problem. It usually is not. What employers actually say is missing is the ability to articulate an idea clearly, hold a professional conversation, and carry presence in a room, in other words, to communicate who they are and what they bring.
Most colleges do not formally teach this. A focused workshop, run close to placements, gives students practice they can use immediately, while it is still fresh for interviews.

Real outcomes
What tends to happen after
At one Bengaluru college running Business Administration and Journalism programmes, forty final-year and postgraduate students did the one-day workshop. Placements improved as students learned to present their value and understand what employers expect. The college now runs it every year.
Individual students have gone on to convert internships to full-time roles early, turn a creative skill into a small business, and build industry relationships before graduating that led to leadership roles later.
The semester spent with Manasi ma’am was eye-opening. She was always present and listening, even outside of work hours. She was always accessible and very coherent with her teaching. As a student, I will forever value the experience with her.

Questions colleges ask
Before you get in touch
No. Students from any discipline benefit. Communication skills are common to every field.
Yes. Content can be tailored to your students’ streams, career goals, and the college’s priorities.
Very little. Provide a venue, a date, and a student list. Everything else is handled.
Yes. The workshop is role-play based and interactive, not a lecture. Practice is what makes it stick.
A smaller group means more personal attention. The price stays the same.
